Sheila Bivins, Manager,  has over 30 years industry experience working for a manufacturer and  various equipment dealerships, specializing in institutional kitchens, meal delivery, design, and table top. She has background in sales and marketing.  Sheila a native of Asheville and has also lived in New Jersey, Richmond and Charlotte. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters, reading and finds peace at the beach.

Dino Zourzoukis, Warehouse Manager,  grew up in his family's Three Brothers Restaurant, an Asheville landmark. He is mechanical and a jack-of-all-trades. There is not any task in a restaurant that he has not performed! He loves to fish, loves adventure and plans to retire along a coast ( not yet sure if it will be the Carolina coast or a Greek Isle which he plans on buying if he wins the lottery). Dino is a twin, so if you think you are seeing double....you are,  it is his twin Jimmy!

John Giezentanner, Sales Associate, was born in Wilmington, NC, and graduated in 2008 from Topsail High School. He went on to study at CFCC and then transferred to UNCW. John moved from Wilmington to Asheville in 2013 and worked in warehouses and restaurants prior to joining the FRS team. He is often seen at trivia events and Brew & View enjoying good times and friends. As a side note, never challenge John’s Star Wars knowledge!

George Baumann, Design Engineer, has worked for the Asheville showroom and FRS for many years. He has extensive CAD experience and now works part-time. George spends his free time with his wife, Beth, daughter and granddaughter.

Eddie MurrayDishwasher Technician, is mechanical and methodical. He enjoys camping, fishing, playing golf and most outdoor activities. Eddie much prefers comedy over drama. He has lived in Western North Carolina his whole life. 


Matthew Grant, Sales Trainee at FRS Asheville

Matthew GrantOutside Sales Associate, has many years of experience working in the kitchen (holding every job from busser to executive chef) and has an IT degree from AB Tech. He has lived in Asheville for 36 years, has been with his wonderful wife for 18 years (married 9 of those year) and is a father to two young boys that are his world.  Matt's past restaurant experience has given him knowledge of restaurant layout and flow as he was part of new store development with a very successful restaurant chain that started in Asheville. In his spare time, he is usually chasing after his energy filled children or doing a household project with his wife. 


Brandon Craft, Brandon has a diverse background working in catering, country club,  wineries and more. Brandon’s background in front of the house service and knowledge make him a valuable asset to his customers. He is very methodical and practical in his approach to working with design and new projects. Brandon is a husband and dad to twins and loves bowling. He is a grill master and loves to be in the kitchen.


Paul Lawrence, Paul grew up in his family’s restaurant and has done everything from dish washing, busing, and cooking alongside his dad. Paul is our lead warehouse worker and does everything from deliveries, stocking, shipping & receiving as well as installation services. His experience & kitchen knowledge makes him an asset to FRS and our customers.


Robert Topper, Robert is our warehouse manager and has extensive experience in operating warehouses with a varied background in inventory control and management. He has an eye for detail and a mechanical background. Bob and his wife moved here from California to be with family and to be closer to help care for his father. Any time weather permits especially on weekends,  Bob can be found on the back of his motorcycle.  He is president of his motorcycle club and participates in toy runs, and ice cream runs and more.
