Dino Zourzoukis, Warehouse Manager, grew up in his family's Three Brothers Restaurant, an Asheville landmark. He is mechanical and a jack-of-all-trades. There is not any task in a restaurant that he has not performed! He loves to fish, loves adventure and plans to retire along a coast ( not yet sure if it will be the Carolina coast or a Greek Isle which he plans on buying if he wins the lottery). Dino is a twin, so if you think you are seeing double....you are, it is his twin Jimmy!
McLane Phillips, Sales Associate, is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Political Science. McLane served his time as a congressional intern, got his wits about him and decided DC was not for him, returning to the Carolinas. He worked his way through college as a waiter and as now joined our sales team where he can put his gift of showmanship and filibustering to good use as a counter sales person. Mclane was recently married to his sweet wife Anna.
Catherine Dreessen Ortiz, Sales Associate, grew up in the restaurant industry. Many of her family members are or were owners of restaurants in NC and SC. She has over 20 years of restaurant and customer service experience. Catherine is also a native of Asheville. She speaks 3 languages (Spanish, Greek and English). She is married with 3 children, 2 boys and a girl, and 2 cats. Catherine has no free time, so she has no hobbies, besides being a mom and wife.
Michele Gentille, Sales Counter Associate, attended culinary school in France. Although you will find Michele to be very modest, her culinary career is impressive and includes restaurants, film catering, food styling, front of the house, cookbook editing, recipe development, food writer, and food television. She worked with TV'S Chopped and the Pioneer Woman. Michele has a quiet but adventurous spirit and has done work as a contract chef in remote Alaska and Antartica ( yes adventurous, with pics to prove it). She loves design and spends her spare time obsessively redecorating her cottage in Leicester.
George Baumann, Design Engineer, has worked for the Asheville showroom and FRS for many years. He has extensive CAD experience and now works part-time. George spends his free time with his wife, Beth, daughter and granddaughter.
Eddie Murray, Dishwasher Technician, is mechanical and methodical. He enjoys camping, fishing, playing golf and most outdoor activities. Eddie much prefers comedy over drama. He has lived in Western North Carolina his whole life.
Brad Kilbury, Warehouse and Delivery Team Member, grew up in rural Kansas where a "small" town meant you really did know everyone in town. He moved to Asheville from Florida and has a son named Bentley. Brad's hobbies include riding motorcycles, working on cars and driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway. He is hard worker, with a willingness to help anyone. Brad's favorite part of the job is being part of keeping the food great in the Asheville community.
Matthew Grant, Outside Sales Associate, has many years of experience working in the kitchen (holding every job from busser to executive chef) and has an IT degree from AB Tech. He has lived in Asheville for 36 years, has been with his wonderful wife for 18 years (married 9 of those year) and is a father to two young boys that are his world. Matt's past restaurant experience has given him knowledge of restaurant layout and flow as he was part of new store development with a very successful restaurant chain that started in Asheville. In his spare time, he is usually chasing after his energy filled children or doing a household project with his wife.
